Filter Example: ACFW44 = Activated carbon filter with 1 1/4" BSP female screwed connections, to flow up to 340 cfm FAD at 7 barg, with a maximum working pressure of 16 barg.
Element Example: 25C17 = 25 micron element, to fit the 1/2" BSP housing.
Filterworld aluminium filter housings are externally powder coated and internally surface treated to prevent oxidisation. Internal tie rods are stainless steel.
Each filter is fitted with a differential pressure indicator and an integral float type condensate drain.
The connection to each filter is BSP parallel thread.
Filterworld standard fabricated filter housings are manufactured from carbon steel and are designed to work at pressures up to 16 barg (232 psig). Each housing is designed, constructed and tested in accordance with BS-EN286, although a variety of other design codes - including BS5500 and ASME - are available.

Filter Example: ACFW251 = Activated carbon filter with 1" flange (PN16 NW25) connections, to flow up to 175 cfm FAD at 7 barg, with a maximum working pressure of 16 barg.
Element Example: 25ES50 = 25 micron element, type ES50.
All filter bodies are polyester-paint coated, inside and out.
All filter element connections and internals are stainless steel.
Each complete filter assembly is supplied with inlet air pressure gauge, discharge pressure gauge, drain isolating valve and an electronic condensate drain complete with fittings.
Unless otherwise specified at time of order placement, the electronic drain will be 220v 50Hz.
The connection to each filter is PN16 flange.
ANSI150 flange is available as a no-cost option, to be specified at time of order placement.
Filterworld medium pressure die-cast aluminium filter housings are designed to work at pressures up to 50 barg (725 psig). Each housing is supplied with a high pressure ball valve, for use as a manual drain.

Each filter head is drilled and tapped so that inlet and discharge pressure can be measured. The filter head is fitted as standard with black steel grub screws to seal off these tapping points.

The connection to each filter is BSP parallel thread.
The following Filterworld High Pressure filter housings are manufactured from 316L stainless steel. Standard design code is BS5500, with a maximum working pressure of 350 barg (5076 psig) at 66 deg C (150 deg F). A full range of high pressure 316L stainless steel ball valves are available at extra cost -- £POA.

All stainless steel filter housings are supplied natural finish.
High pressure filters have taper (Rc) inlet and outlet thread connection.
Parallel (Rp) threads can be provided as a no-cost option, although this must be specified at time of order placement.
Other than model (G)H3525M, all filters have 2 x Rc1/8" pressure tappings so that inlet and discharge pressure can be measured.
All filter heads are drilled and tapped to provide facility for bracket fixing.
Mounting brackets can be supplied at extra cost.
Drain (ball) valves and fittings can be supplied at extra cost.
Tapping point plugs can be supplied at extra cost.
Pressure gauges can be supplied at extra cost.
