Filterworld Limited is a BS-EN-ISO9001:2000 certificated filter manufacturer, based in Cromer - on the North Norfolk coast of the United Kingdom. The modern manufacturing plant carries extensive stocks of finished product, all of which is available for immediate despatch.
Filterworld compressed air filters are available in a variety of materials and sizes. The standard cast aluminium range starts at Rp1/4" (1/4" BSPF), with 14 models taking the range through to Rp3" (3" BSPF). This range of filters will handle flow rates from 22 cfm up to 1300 cfm @ 7 barg. The maximum working pressure for this standard industrial range of filters is 16 barg. (232 psig).
The Filterworld medium-high pressure range of filters are suitable for working pressures up to 50 barg (725 psig). This sturdy range of aluminium housings starts at Rp1/4", with 7 models taking the range through to Rp 1 1/2". These filters are ideal for use with PET bottle manufacture, and the range has a handling capacity from 60 cfm up to 1148 cfm @ 50 barg.
Filterworld fabricated carbon steel housings are manufactured from NW25 (1" flange) through to NW300 (12" flanged). The maximum working pressure for these filter systems is 16 barg, although higher pressures are available upon special request. These filters are usually manufactured with PN16 flanges, although ANSI flanges are available as a no-cost option.
The Filterworld high-pressure 316 Stainless steel housings are designed to operate at pressures up to 350 barg (5076 psig). These filters are available from Rc1/4" through to Rc1", with handling capacities from 32 cfm up to 780 cfm at the maximum rated pressure.
Filterworld also produces a wide range of 'alternative' elements that can be fitted to competitors housings. These alternative elements employ the same high quality materials and adhesives used in complete Filterworld filter systems, ensuring the highest standards of quality and construction.
